Responsibilities:
  • Enter data into the operating system, create jobs, schedule contractors, and manage billing efficiently.
  • Partner with leadership in meetings with potential customers and vendors.
  • Assist in managing labor, stewarding, operator, and GAV calls on show sites.
  • Support project managers by effectively overseeing labor crews.
  • Implement contractor discipline and termination procedures as per agreements.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned seamlessly.
  • Refer potential contractors to the Recruiter Admin at the corporate office.

  • Ability to manage time effectively, demonstrating a track record of meeting deadlines.

  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately.
  • Resilience in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and evaluate contractor performance objectively.
  • Experience in data analysis and action plan development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Deep understanding of sales, operations, and service techniques.

 
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of desk work and computer use.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Prior experience in AV sales, operations, or a related field is essential.
